LIV Golf Dallas Makes History

LIV Golf Dallas Makes History on Sunday originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
LIV Golf brought the party to Texas this weekend, and it did not disappoint. Hosted at Maridoe Golf Club in Carrollton, the $25 million LIV Golf Dallas presented by Aramco wrapped up Sunday with drama, records and some serious celebrations. Patrick Reed claimed his first-ever LIV Golf title, sinking a 15-foot birdie putt on the first hole of a four-man playoff to seal the deal.
“To get my first win here, part of LIV, it means so much to me,” Reed said per ctpost. The Crushers GC, led by Bryson DeChambeau, dominated the team event, taking the title by 11 shots with all team members finishing inside the top 11 — their third straight team win.
