It’s officially crunch time for many at the 2025 Wyndham Championship. Yes, everyone in the 156-man field is hoping for a trophy and a payday but there’s a tournament-within-the-tournament this week as well.
After a rule change, only the top 70 in the FedEx Cup points make the three-tournament playoffs. That’s down from the top 100 of a year ago and that means extra pressure on those hovering in the 60s to 70s in the standings.
